Service Cancellation by the Client: If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the digital marketing services provided by Digital Triber, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will review your request and respond promptly.
Monthly Retainer Services: If you have subscribed to our monthly retainer services, you can cancel at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied, and you will not be obligated to continue the services for the following month.
Project-Based Services: For project-based services, cancellation requests should be made before the initiation of the project. Depending on the stage of the project and work completed, applicable fees may be charged.
Service Cancellation by Digital Triber: While we make every effort to deliver our services promptly and efficiently, there might be exceptional circumstances where we may need to cancel a project or terminate an ongoing service. In such cases, we will provide a full explanation of the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Monthly Retainer Services: If you have subscribed to our monthly retainer services and decide to cancel within the first 07 days of the billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that particular billing cycle. After the initial 07-day period, no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle.
Project-Based Services: Refunds for project-based services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress and stage of the project. We will work closely with you to find a fair and satisfactory resolution in such situations.
No Refunds Applicable: Please note that no refunds will be provided for completed projects or services that have already been delivered and approved by the client.
